What Can You Do About Foot Pain?


Spice it up! Wear different shoes every day. Your shoes need time to dry out and recover before you wear them a second time. You should alternate between multiple pairs of well fitting shoes which are not worn our or in any way broken or damaged. And don't forget to fasten them fully and correctly. It is also important to remember to match your shoes to the activity (like wearing running shoes for your morning jog).
